This article, from a new site I recently found, Ageist, has a great message, and one that I am continually trying to pass along to clients and anyone who will listen. The importance of movement is so important to our aging successfully. The author takes this to another level by talking about each of the ways we need movement-and not only physically. Two excellent quotes from the article- “Lack of movement means lack of life.” and “The more you move, the more physically, mentally and emotionally alive you become.” I agree!
