An interesting article looking at the retirement of Mario Salcedo, the subject of a New York Times documentary, who has lived on a cruise ship for 21 years and proclaims himself to be the “the happiest man in the world.’ Most of us couldn’t (wouldn’t) disconnect from the world the way Mario has, but his story does make you think about what we would like to do during retirement.  How will you define your story and your place in the world in retirement?
