Fantastic video and a great reminder, not only for us but also our friends and families, on the importance of maintaining connections with people as we age. The presenter, Amy Yotopoulos, works for the Stanford Center on Longevity. They have done a tremendous amount of research on this topic. One interesting takeaway, among many from the video, is that losing our social connections as we age substantially increases our risks of dementia, stroke, coronary heart disease and death.  Heed the warning signs she describes and seek help if needed.
