new study in Finland found that today’s older people have notably higher physical and cognitive capacities.

One study researcher noted: “The results suggest that our understanding of older age is old-fashioned. More years are added to midlife, and not so much to the utmost end of life.”

The key is the last sentence…and that we can live this longer midlife healthier and more actively…if we do the proper planning, and then follow through with the plans.
