People with strong relationships live longer, and they’re happier and healthier too, according to an 85-year Harvard study. The longest study of happiness ever conducted concludes that “social fitness” is as important as physical fitness.

I have shared articles about this topic in the past, but it needs to continue to be talked about because of its importance.

Work on developing strong relationships. It does require effort to build and maintain the types of relationships referenced in the article and underlying research.
