The more scientists learn about how we age, the more likely they are to recalibrate the clock. But that poses another question: Should they?

Interesting question in this Allure article and one that will impact society in future generations.  For those currently nearing or in retirement, there are many great years ahead to be healthy, active, connected- and with a purpose.

This quote sums up the topic perfectly: “The main objective is to live healthier longer, and the side effect of that is you tend to live longer as well.”  We are beginning to see this trend in people in their 60s, 70s, 80s, and beyond who continue to break age-related barriers of what can and cannot be done at these ages- both physically and mentally.
