If you have followed my blog, you have likely noticed that there are a few articles about “Living to 100” or “Living Beyond 100.”  These article topics are becoming more common as medical technology, advancements in medicine, and as information on healthy lifestyle are made more readily available.

Don’t focus solely on the length of time (longevity and lifespan) but also focus on how to increase healthspan- staying healthy longer so we are able to do things we enjoy doing longer.

Our goal should be to get our healthspan to more closely match out lifespan.
